Several documents share a size and still disagree about background, head height, glasses, and file limits. Pick the document, not just the rectangle.

  Ireland asks for a JPEG at least 715 pixels wide and 951 pixels high, no larger than 9 MB, or four identical prints. The passport page does not state a face percentage. The Irish visa page uses 70–80%, and that figure is only a warning here.
