Terms of Service

These terms cover the Get2x2 website and the document-photo orders placed on it. BETA-B is the legal owner and operator of the Get2x2 service. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

What the service is

Get2x2 prepares a JPEG to the measurements published for the document you select, and can add a 4×6 inch print sheet. It replaces the background and crops. It does not smooth skin or change facial features. It is not a government agency, a visa agent, or a law firm.

Acceptance is not ours to give

The passport agency, consulate, visa center, or USCIS decides whether a photo is acceptable. Our checklist is a set of automated warnings, not an official approval. The spec guarantee is an additional promise if we miss a published size, background, or head-position rule. The refund policy is the general rule for getting your money back.

Your photo

You confirm you have the right to upload the portrait, including a child's portrait if you are the parent or guardian. You will not upload a photo of someone else without their permission, and you will not use the service to make a misleading identity document.

Payment

The price is shown before you pay. Listed base prices are in USD. Local prices may vary by country. Each purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Files

Download links work for 30 days. Print sheets must be printed at 100% scale. We are not responsible for a print shop that scales the sheet to fit the paper.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for a missed appointment, a refused visa, or travel costs that follow from a refused photo, except for a refund under the refund policy or the spec guarantee.
