| Eyes | 50–68% from the bottom |
| Background | White or Off-white |

Rules
The US embassy visa page asks for two passport photos, light or white background, no glasses, head and shoulders visible.
The e-visa portal moved to evisa.gov.vn. That site did not respond during the check, so a 4×6 cm JPEG and a 1 MB or 2 MB limit are second-hand. We export the 4×6 shape and cap the file at 1 MB, the smaller of the two reported limits, and we do not call those numbers official.
Do
- Use a light or white background.
- Leave glasses off.
- Show the head and shoulders.
Don't
- Do not treat the pixel size as a portal rule.
- Do not upload a file over 1 MB if you are using this export.
- Do not wear a hat if the form repeats the no-hat instruction.
