Rules
The Los Angeles consulate and the embassy in Washington say the photo, fingerprints, and signature are taken digitally on site. You appear in person.
Wear a collared or high-neck top that does not blend into the blue background. No sleeveless tops. Take off eyeglasses, coloured contact lenses, facial piercings, and large jewellery. Ears and forehead stay visible. Get2x2 does not sell this photo. A US passport photo is a different document. We do not list a Philippines visa photo.
